Public BBQ

Ashfield Park is a beautiful and well-maintained park that provides visitors with various facilities and amenities. The park has a large playground for kids, barbecue areas, picnic areas, a soccer field, and restrooms. The park also features walking paths, fitness equipment, and plenty of shade from mature trees. There is a community garden and a bowling club on site as well. Parking is limited to street parking, which can get busy on weekends, so it's advised to plan accordingly.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Inner West council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
